Rawalpindi Development Authority bans agricultural land transactions.
According to Geo News Rawalpindi Development Authority has banned agricultural land transactions all over the city.
Director General RDA Kanza Murtaza has written a letter to the Deputy Commissioner to stop the transfer of agricultural land.
The DG RDA says in this regard that the goal of banning the transfer of agricultural land is to protect the green belt.
They also said that agricultural land is decreasing because of increasing construction and construction is also the cause of air pollution.
