More than 40 Swedish associations working in Pakistan are grappling with 
gigantic troubles, including high obligation rates, steep energy costs, 
and limits on moving new money related structures, according to Emissary of 
Sweden Alexandra Berg von Linde. These issues, she said, are huge impediments
